Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders as soon as they are placed to ensure timely shipment. Because of this, we’re generally unable to make changes or cancellations once an order is submitted, including address updates. Please review your order details carefully before checkout.
Why was my order canceled?
In rare cases, orders may be canceled due to item availability, payment verification issues, or billing information that could not be processed. If this happens, you’ll receive an email notification and a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.
When will my pre-order ship?
Your pre-order will ship by the estimated date shown on the product page. If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, your order will ship once all items become available.
How long does shipping take?
Orders may ship from either our US warehouse or our South Korea facility, depending on item availability.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- US Domestic: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–14 business days
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Will I be charged duties or taxes?
Orders shipped from our US warehouse will not incur additional duties or import fees. Orders shipped internationally from South Korea may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated at checkout.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and carrier information.
My package says delivered, but I haven’t received it. What should I do?
Carriers may occasionally mark packages as delivered before they arrive. Please allow 24–48 hours, and check with neighbors, your building management, or reception if applicable. If it still hasn’t arrived, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number. If you need further assistance, feel free to contact us.
What is your return policy?

Are all items returnable?
Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Is there a return shipping fee?
Return shipping fees, if applicable, will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
I received the wrong or damaged item — what should I do?
We’re sorry to hear that. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. Our team will review the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your return is delivered to us, please allow 1–3 business days for inspection and processing. Refunds are issued to the original payment method, and it may take an additional 1–5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Restock schedules vary by item. You can sign up for restock alerts on the product page or join our mailing list to be notified when selected styles become available again.
How should I care for my items?
Please follow the care instructions provided on each garment’s label and product page. Items damaged due to improper care are not eligible for return or refund.
For specialty materials such as denim, coated fabrics, shoes, bags, or accessories, we recommend extra care and spot cleaning where appropriate.
